This look is perfect for anyone who wants to be a beautiful, glitzy, glam, majestic sea creature. This look is very sparkly and pretty. If you ever wanted to be a mermaid, then follow the steps below.
1. Start with a fresh, clean face, and apply a primer.
2. Apply liquid foundation.
3. Set with a translucent powder.
4. Fill in eyebrows.
5. Place wig cap over face.
6. Take a foundation brush and the color of your choice, and place it close to the head line. Then place your second and third color following the previous one.
In this look, we used purple, blue, and green, so remember your color pattern as you pack the colors on.
7. Fill in brows with eyeshadow that matches a color on the face. Use the most prominent color on the face to fill in the brows again to add more color.
8. Take NYX eyeshadow stick and color onto the lids, blend the colors out, and then add lots of glitter pigment.
Too much glitter is never enough, so use as much as you see fit.
9. Place rhinestones.Place the rhinestones in whatever pattern you desire. Pearls can also be used.
10. Apply false lashes.
11. Apply lipstick. You can place glitter on top of the lipstick to add a shimmer.
